With the Christmas season officially upon us and budget not far away, people have become a lot more wary on how much they spend and can budget for the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately, there are many out there that realise the shoppers of today are conscious of spending too much and are always in search of a good deal or offer. Hackers and scammers have utilised this need for a good bargain and have exploited it for their own gain. There are various types of scam marketing out there ranging from the non tech use of flyers and junk mail post to invading your inbox with emails promoting great offers if you act now. It can be hard sometimes to distinguish the scam from the genuine offer and lately it has become all the more harder to do when scammers have learned to pose themselves as reputable companies. For those of you looking for something out of this world look no further than Microsoft’s latest development the Samsung SUR40. This hefty gadget runs the all new edition of Microsoft Surface and is set to wonder and amaze the masses with its fully touch reactive display and unbelievable capabilities. Microsoft’s Samsung SUR40 boasts a powerful Dual Core Athlon processor and with its high end AMD graphics can even recognise up to 50 points of simultaneous touch. Not only is this a great device just to have and brag about, the Samsung SUR40 not only recognises fingers and hands, the latest Surface device can even register and recognise various objects that are placed on the screen and depending on the object can even bring up various menus or info on it also. Adobe Abandons Flash
In a move long predicted by Steve Jobs, Adobe admits defeat to HTML5 and will cease development of its Flash player for mobile devices. On Wednesday 9thNovember, Adobe confirmed the rumours that they will no longer develop their Flash player for mobile browsers. The news comes as part of a shakeup at Adobe which will see the company scale back on the development of some products and even consider leasing software in a bid to change the company’s current situation. The news however comes as no surprise to Apple – Jobs since the first launch of the iPhone in 2007 stated that, “Flash was created during the PC era – for PCs and mice.” Jobs decided that the future of mobile browsing lay in HTML5 which it seems to have taken Adobe years to agree with and bow down in defeat. iPhone 4S – Quick Look
The iPhone 4S which has taken the smartphone market by storm saw a huge demand with the handset pre-ordered in its millions for many excited new users. Now that some time has passed since the launch we take a look at the latest Apple product that has revolutionised the way in which we use our phone. With the same look and feel of the iPhone 4, the iPhone 4S boasts a brand new dual core A5 processor and features a much improved 8MP camera with a great increase in processing power and graphics also.
